Notes:
This one was both easy and hard at the same
time. On the "easy" side, all I had to do was
swap the title track, I had level locations
from the 32X version's manual
(https://segaretro.org/images/2/2a/Bcracers_32x_us_manual.pdf)
and I trimmed every track manually.
On the "hard" side, EVERYTHING ELSE was a
challenge:

* "Continue?" and "Game Over" prevent the game
from loading when swapped with the title
song. They were swapped with the character
  select file.
* Sometimes, when swapping the character select
track out, some instruments will be missing.
It was a trial-and-error search to see
  *which* tracks played incorrectly through
that swap, so I said "Fuck it!" and played
most of the tracks through swapping the title
  screen.
* "Cave Rave" was the hardest of all the songs
because I could NOT find a proper loop for
the life of me. I went with a fairly long
one, it may not be perfect, but at least it
  LOOPS.
* Side Note: Whenever I ran the game through
DOSBox, it automatically set the cycles to
MAX. So, during the logging portion, I feared
that my computer was going to explode because
my fan was going all out.
And that's basically everything I dealt with.

And yes, the songs that fade in ARE supposed to
fade in.

And yes, "Race Over!" DOES loop like that.
